Starting Divx movie in BSplayer without Autorun file?

I was wondering if anybody knew of a program that would automatically start playing a divx file from a cd when placed in the cd-rom dirve: Without having to place the autorun file on the cd. I have made the aurorun files before, and they are far from hard...but I have many divx movies I made and burned log before i got so into it.
