Default I hear music of the movie but I don't see anything!

Can anybody help me??? When I open the movie in the BsPlayer, I can hear the music of the movie but I don't see anything!!! HELP ME, PLEASE!!!!

If you window is grey then go to options, filters, divx and move sliders to medium position. If is black, install newer codecs

there's no "divx" in filters.

and what do you have in 'filters' ?
only currently used filters are displayed here; using this menu you should try to change settings for whatever video decoder is being used, not necessarily divx (it could be ms mpeg4, ffdshow, indeo, ...)

knowing beforehand the codec used for your video may be useful too; check it using gspot
