Navigate Files Using TV Screen And A Remote Control

Is there a skin for the bsplayer that will allow you to navigate your media files using your TV and a Remote control. Is there any player that will allow me to do this. I would like to turn my old computer into a divx player, but I can not find a player with an interface made to be displayed on a tv. Thanks for the help.

There are video cards in the market that come with TV output and a remote control, like the creative labs Personal Cinema, I believe there is also a AllinWonder card (Matrox o was it ATI?) with the same caracteristics.

Also note that skins only change the look of a player, they don't actually change or add functions to the player.
