Default Codecs-'Installing' without admin rights

I'm on a Windows XP Pro. computer and I'm trying to get bsplayer to open some various formats. The version of it that comes with BSI Load Maker or whatnot can open up DIVX files alright, but I can't seem to add other codecs to it, such as ogg. I can't register the codecs because I can't edit the registry. They also can't be installed into windows/system32.
