Default .ini, .bsi... how can I use them ? (and subtitles playlist)

I had a look through the forum but I don't get the point:
I oftenly watch divx on 2 cds. I use 2 drives, and I'd like to stay confortable in my sofa without having to load the second subtitles. Is there an easy way to load .sub or .srt in a playlist (as it's done for the movie itself)
I know that BSPlayer automatically loads subtitles (only .sub ?) but the thing is that sometimes I want to change the language. That means that sub don't have the same name as the movie !
Same question for mutiple audio streams...
THX

Default

would be a cool new feature,
but bsplayer should first be
completely uncrashable,

before more features start to be implemented.

no pressure BST
