I can't make screenshots

when I make a screenshot it is a weird screenshot, it is displayed in green and red colors, and 4 pictures on 1

How can I fix it?

in preferences->general, try checking/unchecking the formats to convert uner 'convert captured images in software'.
(alternatvely you can try and use another overlay mode/no overlay in preferences->video->video rendering)
