OGM Video "Lagging"

Hi, I'm having a problem with .OGM video files. Everytime I play an OGM file with BSPlayer it has this sort of "skipping", "lagging", or "jerking" problem. The audio is ok and sounds fine, the only problem I have is the video. I think it might have something to do with the Direct Show Filter, but I'm not sure of any way to fix. I never had this problem before, and I'm using the same computer. This has been bothering me for such a long time and any help at all would be appreciated. Thank You.
