Quick BSPlayer/Delphi Tutorial?

I´m new to BSPlayer and I want to implement a little player that I can program to play only certain points of my AVI file. But how do I start. I know that I can use bsp.pas for my USES declaration and that I have to send WindowMessages to BSPlayer. But does anybody have a very short tutorial or a little example project for me? My program just have to do PLAY, SEEK and most important looping frame sequences.
