subtitles appeart on running movies from CD

Everytime I burn a movie on Cd, and than watch it from CD-ROM via Bsplayer, I have double subtitles. I can cancel the one, which can be adjusted the way I want them to be, but some seems to be burned right in the movie and I can't change them (e.g. make them bigger, because they are too small to watch). What can I do, so there won't be subtitles burned in the movie, but can be added later if I wanted so.
Does anybody know this problem?
I would appreciate any advise.
