Excessive pixelation when playing RAM files

at last i can play RAM files but they display with enormous pixelation, really blurry image. what can it be the problem?

if you need any more information to isolate the problem, just ask.

thanks for your help. Excellent program, i just need to solve this and i wont complain anymore :D
