Default Poor quality image with BS Player

When I use my PC and view an AVI file with BSPlayer, the quality is not very good but it is acceptable. But the same file played on BSPlayer on my laptop computer with a chip much more performant is almost useless with a very poor image quality . I do not find anything wrong with the player.

Can anybody suggest some solution?
Thanks

Probably you use FFdshow to decode files. On slower computers quality is poor. BE sure you have overlay enabled in video options for a better performance, uninstall ffdshow and install divx, xvid, AC3 filter and an MPEG2 decoder.
