Is't possible 2 choose default setting for the audiostream?

Is there a way to choose a default settings for audio streams in OGM and MKV files using BSPlayer?

It's a pain having to reset the audio streams for all the files in my playlist each and every time. Every time an episode ends and the next one begins, I have to stand up and change the audio stream.
Is there a way to set the audio stream by default in BS player to 2 (the second one)?

It would be great if we could set default language for both audio stream and subtitles. Since each stream in matroska files may carry a language tag (I don't know about ogm files), those streams could be chosen by default accordingly
P.S.: I see that build 809 reads subtitles language tags correcty :D still missing for audio streams though :(
