Default Pixelized image while increasing window

Hi!

Something strange started happening since last week while I tried playing a video.
Whenever I resize the window (for a larger size) or play it in full screen, the image looks kinda pixelized with low definition.

It was working nice 2 weeks ago. I'm sure I didn't install any codec. The only thing I installed that had something to do with the display was dx9 hotfix update.
I reinstalled xvid and divx. Also reinstalled ffdshow (which I was using).. tried different configurations with no success.

Hope someone knows what's happening..

I have:
- AMD XP 2600+ 512MB DDR 333mhz
- Radeon 9600 Pro

Thanks!

Regards,
Ricardo Sabino.
