How to 'open URL'?

When i try to right click on bsplayer's main windows and choose 'Open URL' , nothing happened. :oops:

It's there for a long time but I've never seen any info about that.
I agree that it should popup a window to let you enter the url but you can do that from the Load command (for instance: file://my_pc/g/Film.avi works, then I guess it should do the same with http or ftp)
