download issue

trying to get the player I downloaded the installer. When I double clicked it it said the file was eithier incomplete or corrupted.

I then downloaded the zip file but when i tried to open it Winzip said it was eithier incomplete or it was not a proper zip file.

Please let me know what i am doing wrong

Probably a bad download process. Try to use a download manager, like FlashGet.
