Name is MP4Splitter.ax and can be downloaded from many locations on the net, such as free-codecs.com, sf.net

Thanks , I will install this. But before I go on, I noticed this filter seems adapted for *.MP4 files, not *.MOV files:

MP4 container is based on already established Apple MOV format. Today MOV can be considered one special case (application) of MP4.
