Video Mixing Renderer - how to use it

If i use VMR9 the picuter is not so good as with overlay2 mode. I Think that i dont know how to confiugre it and because of that my picture quality is poor. Please anyone could help me with this?

I have geforce Ti4200 and i am useing directx9b.

update your video card drivers and update to direct x 9c

Sorry i allready hava directX 9.0c and my drivers are updated (omega drivers) Is there anythink else i can do?
