Images or clips ?
Images (still images) can be captured pressing the "P" key (for original size) and Shift+P for the image at the size it is actually on your screen.
As for clips, you need BSPlayer Pro and a video capture device (TV-Tuner)
Go to Open device and after that on capture settings, to select the input source (video and audio), the format (I use YUY2), the resolution (BSPlayer interpolating features are not excelent, use the native resolution) and the compressors to be used when capturing. Select on channel number the channel you want to capture. Select the file name to be used and after that hit the Start recording button.
