cant open this mp3 file

I can play all my mp3 files just fine using BSPlayer except for just this one file. The file works just fine in WMP. If I use BS, then it says "Cant open file".

The file has a 160 bit rate, stereo sound, etc. Nothing out of the ordinary compared to my other mp3 files.

Is it specifically protected or encoded to be played by Windows Media Player only or something?
