Trouble with downloading PRO-version

I have translated BSPlayer 1.0 build 800-814 on Russian and for this work I have got a license for PRO-version for free and possibility to download it from this site. But when appeared 815 build, I cannot login to download PRO version. It writes 'Incorrect login or password', if I press 'Forget password'
it writes 'Incorrect login'. I wrote about this in form on official site, in 2 letters (support#bsplayer.com, translations#bsplayer.org [# equal @]), but was ignored. Thats why I stopped doing translations on Russian language. Whats the problem? I was banned? For what?
P.S.: Not a big problem to download the latest PRO-version on warez-sites, and I'm doing it because of this problem, but it will be better to do it from offsite.
