Default Problems with Subtitles in Matroska File

Hi!
I have a little problem with the subtitles in one of my matroska files. well it is my only mkv file.
so i dont know how to fix it. i tried several sub and video codecs combined with different rendering methods but bsplayer simply did not want to display my subtitles, until i went crazy and installed 3 codec packs. then it worked, but some of my other vids got crapped by using this load of codecs. so i uninstalled all my codecs and only installed the Matroska Codec Pack lite. and it seemed to work. but only until i restarted. yeah.. crap... same problem again.
okay, i stayed patient. and now i had this glorious idea to play the file with mplayer2.exe. hey it worked. the subtitles r there. but not with bsplayer, why?
then i looked at the filter bsplayer loads, but there was no subtitle filter

i am using BSPlayer v.1.22 Build 817, with Overlay Mix 1
currently only the Matroska Codec Pack installed. (not the Lite Package)
k i uploaded a diagnostic report of my mkv file and two pictures to my website account

plz help me. i really dont know what to do.
thanks
