Subtitles crashing with OGM files

It's unusual because it is only present with one batch(with 50+eps), but the other 99% of files of OGM w/ subtitles work fine. I've narrowed down the problem to it being a subtitle problem because when I disable subs, the player will not crash and give me a "BSplayer has encountered an error" message.

I also done a fresh install of my codecs, just as instructed on the read me page. I went through most if not all codecs and still gives me a problem so I don't think problem lies in the codecs.
