Configuring the AC3 Sound

Hi,
i did all the plugin and filters installation as mention in the help file,
but still, when i press
- option -> advance - > filters
I get only thuse in there:
Mpeg layer 3 codec
XVID Mpeg 4
Sound Blaster Audigy

where is the AC3 Codec, and how do i enable the Dolby Prologic II?
