Audio splitting

Is there any way, how can I split (or better say clone) audio stream into two SW decoders (eg. AC3Filter) and two soundcards (one attached to the 5.1 sound system, other to the stereo TV).
So in the same time, I can enjoy 5.1 sound and other person can watch movie on TV.

In theory you should be able to select in audio preferences of BSPlayer the sound card you want to use to see the movie and in winamp (for example) in output section the other card.

But is ther any way (DirectShow filter, ...), I can do it in one program (for example BSPlayer)?

In theory, if you can find a winamp dsp plugin to do that you can use it in BSPlayer too. I am not sure if there is such a plugin, but i'll google for it.
