becky is an unknown quantity at this point
Default tag a clip?

is their a way to tag a clip with bsplayer so when you make caps the tag shows up on them?

You mean, text on captured image?

With Pro version, it is possible (using subtitle editor).

No, I am afraid you can't capture a picture with subtitles on it. But if you intend to put the subtitles on the image itself there are other ways to do it.

Yes you can. I just tested it, works fine.

Then Subtitle properties (or, to be exact & incorrect, Subtile properties):
