If you have multiple subtitles on screen it's probably becauseyou have also installed VobSub and you see BSplayer subs and VobSub subs (same file but loaded from both programs). You can choose to not load subtitles from VobSub, or from BSplayer (I suggest you to disable/uninstall VobSub, so you'll have greater/better control on them from BSplayer)
