You don't have to add the path to BSplayer executable since it's present (well, it should be present) at the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\CLASSES\Applications\b splayer.exe
that points to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\CLASSES\Applications\B SPLAYER.EXE\shell\open\command
