installation issues

I am trying to install bsplayer v2 but once it gets to the actual installation part, i get this message:

Error opening file for writing:

C:\Program Files\Webteh\BSPlayer\bsplayer.exe

Click Abort to stop the installation,
Retry to try again,
or Ignore to skip this file


Is there anything i can do? I have already tried installing a different version but it came up with the same message

are you installing v2 over/top of existing version? in that case uninstall that old version and then cleaninstall v2. if you dont won't to uninstall existing version,right click that bsplayer.exe file,go properties and check if that file is "read only" mode. if it is, uncheck that box.
