how do I play video in low speed ?

I want 2 see the video very slowly...

By default F5 and F6 keys are for increasing/decreasing speed by 1 %, shift +F5 and shift+F6 are for 10 %. Also rightclick->play->play speed reveal a menu where you can select more options.
