Running Of Screen Edges in my HTPC

Well First of all i will answer to adicoto , My resulution my friend is 800x600 60 Hz cause thats the maximum refresh rate for my tv (max Resulution is 1024x768) in crt tv's so its not the problem but thanks any way ,


Now after i did try alot of stuff i did try antother thing ,

I bought New Gigabyte 6600 GT for my other pc and did try it with same spec drivers etc . . , now i put many movies go to full screen and back and everything was perfact i did it again several time and restart and try again and again and nothing happen which meen probably my damm ass V. Card GF mx 440 is P O S now that my problem solved i want to say thanks for all the guys or girls :D that did try to help me thanks for the time i will return my old V.Card until i have money to buy another one to my HTPC but now i know what the problem is thanks alot Guys ,

I will jump around here from time to time BSPLAYER Rules .
