problem with some divx files (i cant set 16:9 mode in my tv)

i see all my divx movies, from pc to tv with the theather mode
but sometimes in the tv i can't set the 16:9 or the auto mode..
there is a way for fix this problem? (is a divx problem i think!)

can be an overlay problem
i try to explain better my problem:
i have a 2nd monitor hdtv 1080i connected via component and i see divx with theather mode
sometimes happen that there is a problem with these divx: i can't set in the tv the modes panoramic, 14:9 or auto.. the divx go in 16:9 and i can't set others mode
the problem is rare, what can be the cause?
