One Little discontinuity in first seconds of MPEGs

Hi, I want to ask this: My ears have experienced that: When i launch any MPEG-2 or 1 file with any MPEG decoder/filter, i experience a very very little discontinuity in sound. Only in sound.

Sound acceleration is at max with my on-board C-Media 8738.

Additionaly, discontinuity statistic occurs as "1" in options - filters - default DirectSound device- advanced -> Discontinuity becomes "1" by opening the MPEG stream.

Is it Okay?
