watch movie on secondary monitor - faster way without reducing the resolution on the primary monitor in clone mode you can go up to 768 X 1024 a real drag for the 19' monitor (you want 1024 X 1280) to set 1024 X 1280 on the monitor and 768 X 1024 on the TV you need dual mode in dual mod you drag the movie to the secondary monitor (TV) and full screen it but when you reopen bs player the movie starts on the TV not good if the TV is off... the fix - in properties -> video -> set to: don't remember window position now to watch a movie just drag to tv and double click no need to drag back (after restarting bsplayer) !!! |

Depends, I use these settings for my videocard (Nvidia firmware 93.81) "full screen Video" ->"Full screen device"->"second monitor" This will output the video direct in fullscreen to the TV when you press the play button (in BSPlayer or anyother player you might use ;P), no matter what, found this fast and easy. |

Doesn't matter what resolution you got it outputs the direct Show overlay thing to the second display. Sorry I don't have Vista so I got no idea if this option is supported by Nvidia x64 drivers yet. Anyway it's the fastest but not the best (quality wise for BSPlayer) as you can't pan scan overlays. I use Media Portal most of the time and this option is perfect for this as even if you have it minimized in tray it still outputs on the TV. :D
