Electronic Fraud

Warning
Almost three weeks ago I bought the BSplayer software using my credit card. The next day they charged 29 euros to my account and I still waiting to receive the software I asked for. At least 3 emails were sent to them with no answer at all.

Though I do understand you're totally pissed off, this is not the most appropriate way to obtain assistance in solving your problems. You're jumping to conclusions making unfounded accusations! I can assure you BS.Player-company is not involved in electronic fraud (other than as the intended victim). As I understand it, they are indeed often plagued by fraud attempts and by a multitude of mails in that connection.
I've meanwhile sent them an urgent message to draw their attention to your problem. (Note it's Sunday though!)
I have no doubt it will be solved soon! However, they will need a bit more information than contained in your post, so they will most probably contact you in this connection (either by e-mail or possibly also by private message through this forum; check at the top of the page).
P.S.: How did you mail them? By regular e-mail or did you use their contact-form?
Perhaps also check your spam-filter which may have stopped their response-mails to you.
There are more possible causes to explain your negative experience.
Fortunately it certainly does not happen all the time (to the contrary), but it appears you are one of the very few unfortunate exceptions to the general rule! I know this will not give you a better feeling, but I felt I had to mention it anyhow.

So it seems that your e-mail provider is blocking our emails.

And what do you mean by:"The company is not honest, no matter is based in Slovenia. Don´t buy a anything from them they are an electronic fraud company"?

If you are dissatisfied with our service, we can give you a full refund of your purchase.
