Is it possible to play other region DVDs with BSPalyer Pro?

How is BsPlayer Pro supposed to work with region limitations by design?

Laptop DVD-ROM player (Samsung TS-L462A (ver. TS31)) has been locked to wrong region. Someone just have changed it 5 times and no more times allowed.
When I try to play a DVD of other region BSPlayer Pro 2.1 starts but screen remains black.

When I try to play this DVD with WinnDVD or Windows Media Player there appears a warning of wrong region, but not with BSPlayer.

Can it be watched with BSplayer?

You should search for a "region free"-ing software.
