Default BS Player crashes down with some subtitles

Hello to all,

I have an issue with my BS player version v.1.38

I Have an .avi file named xyz.avi and a .srt file named xyz.srt

when I double click on the avi file the bs player don't even begin to play anything and crashes down.

If I rename the srt file in something else so that the bsplayer doesn't take into account the subtitle, the avi begins to play and when I add th esubtitle (named differently) with a drag and drop, the subtitles are added without any problem.

It happens with several avi files.

So I already found a way to go around the bsplayer crash at the beginning but do you know the reason and / or does anybody already encounter this problem ?

Thank you in advance.

Default

Try using different versions and do some testings. Or it might be a codec problem.
