BSplayer + VobSub = drop frames

I'm using Bsplayer 493 + VobSub 2.23
My Spec
P4 1.6 ghz
GF4 TI4200 128mb
SB128

First I can't use VobSub with overlay mode 1.
In overlay mode 2 vobsub load subtitles automatic but look like the movie playback lost frames, i don't think that is my computer coz CPU never goes above 40% , try a lot of filters (including ffdshow) and the same problem. However MediaPlayer + Vobsub and all other players work fine.
