Default VCD playtime question

Hello,
I have a VCD compatible MPEG1 file (352x288@25fps) then i burned this file into a VCD disc with Nero, when i play it as raw, as MPEG file from HDD (before burning) total time is shown about 46:16 in Bsplayer Pro, after making it VCD, my player shows total time 1.00.00.

So, the time instances do not match between MPEG file and VCD format.

What is that reason? The time measurement between VCD and the MPEG doesn't match altought that VCD is made from this MPEG.

Note: That VCD is shown 46.16 total time in BSplayer.

Thanks.
