dxva doesnt work under vista?

i use cyberlink h264 codec,evr renderer.
os is vista..i have ticked ''enable dxva ''under cyberlink codec.
dxva is ok with other players using cyberlink and evr.( kmp and mpc,for example)
when i used xp,dxva was ok with bs player,too. but now i am on vista and dxva doesnt work with bsplayer.
what is the problem?any additonal adjustmen needed on vista?
