[SOLVED] No response from BS PLayer People what Gives Guys from BSPlayer in SLOVENIA or wherever you are: I sent you several emails and got NO RESPONSES? What gives?? You need to be more responsive to your customers dudes, otherwise you will loose your USA business!! I will repeat my issue here in public, maybe someone will hear it and respond: I purchased BS Pro last year or so, recently my comp crashed and I lost all emails and info about my BSPro purchase. I am asking you here to RESEARCH my purchase under email: ivan912@centurytel.net PLEASE and send me a new license key so I can upgrade my "regular" free ver to BSPro. Thank you. |
BS.Player license We did send you the license, but as it seems, it got marked as spam. Please read: http://www.bsplayer.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=12987 Every user of BS.Player PRO/PROlite can now check expiration date of his/hers license and can manually resend BS.Player Registration code to himself/herself at any time. This option is available under your User area. - Click on button License info - Click on button Request registration code - Registration code will be sent to contact e-mail stated at purchase of BS.Player PRO/PROlite. (If it does not reach you, check your junk/spam folder) |

If you go to the User area you can log-in to your account and there you can retrieve your license information by clicking on License information button, and then on http://bsplayer.com/templates/imgcac...d7c9571700.gif button If you have forgotten your password to access to the User area, you can click on Click here to receive it to your e-mail link available on the log-in page, no need to ask BS.Player team to re-send you your license information |
