how do i bring up the alternate control window

i keep seeing two control gui's when i check out the skins on bsplay.com, so how do i bring up the smaller control bar gui?

I think you're talking about full-screen skins. Cristalix from Alexk7110 is one of them. For these advanced skins, a navigation bar is added that appears when the movie is full-screen and when you move the mouse arrow to the bottom.
