how do I save my subtitle settings?

I don't know how to save the subtitle settings, sÄ? every time I'm about to watch a movie I have to fix the subtitles settings

What format, what settings, what do you want to fix ?
Do you want to share same settings for all movies or specify for each one different settings ?

Personnaly, I'm only experienced on Vobsub subtitles. In that case, tools are provided for subtitles edition on a per movie basis.
