okay, tried reinstalling with minimum changes to the default setting (i.e. language and additional unwanted things and file associations), and made the installed folder and the windows user folder...

i have just started experiencing the same problem...

i have just started experiencing the same problem when upgrading to the current version and i'm sorry but this is a pretty much useless suggestion.

why would i possibly turn off security features...
