MPEG-4 B-Frame Decoding lag removal causing incorrect timing

I have found that BSPlayer 0.86 build 499, 1.00 RC1 build 800 and 803 have been removed the B-Frame decoding lag such that playing 120fps AVI with B-Frames and Drop frames gets incorrect frame...

As say in the title, I can't hear any sound from my speaker.
Sound is normal when playing with WMP6.4

Tested output device:
SB Audigy Wave Out [D400]
Default WaveOut Device
Default DirectSound...

I found that if I use "Remember movie setting", "bsplay.sav" cannot be larger than 64KB. Otherwise, BSPlayer get crashed after the movie is finished playing or exiting the program.

BSPlayer gives "Unknown file format" when opening XCD format AVI files. The file can be playback correctly using mplayer2.

Pixel aspect ratio

Is it possible to add pixel aspect ratio, 11:10 because the pixel of NTSC signal is 11:10. Direct playing NTSC movies will get wrong aspect ratio.
