AC3 audio is often set low by default. Is this what your avi's use? If so go to start -> program files -> ac3 filter -> ac3 filter config and mess with the settings.

Have you tried doing it the other way around? (divx file first then the sub file) Thats how I do it and it works fine. Good luck.

When I use BSPlayer I almost always open and use the playlist. It would be cool to have an option for the playlsit to "auto-open". :P
