Intervideo preferences not saved/don't have effect

I got the problem that my settings are NOT...
I got the problem that my settings are NOT REMEMBERED, all incervideo settings switch reset back, im on Audigy 2 Gamer Zs, and Logitech Z-5300e speakers. this means the sound plays just like stereo....
