My proposition is..
- to add key-shortcuts to change font subtitles size
- auto wrapping for too long subtitles (as DivXG400 - http://www.tac.ee/~prr/videoutils/divxg400.html )

Sorry for my English. :)
I have the same problem, but when I check "Force RGB mode" in "Preferences" I may make a screenshot.
