I'm am sorry, but the problem is not with me, but with BSPlayer. It is not a solution to NOT burn this to the CD. Using your analogy, I could just as well not burn anything to CD. What if I want to...

I just love BsPlayer, but still, not perfect :)
One of the problems is with .srt subtitles.
Their format is:

00:00:02,002 --> 00:01:23,375
Fixed for the Jar release by -=d1vxjunk13=-
