Forums very slow ping time should not be a problem since the server is hosted by AMIS and my ISP is ARNES (same country) and I have fiber optics 100Mb connection |
| |||
I noticed the same, but I'm not that lucky as ashrack is with my internet connection, so I didn't post about it before

8 seconds to load and render the forum main page (and each and every other forum page), just 2 seconds for the main site pages. The same results apply with all the following settings: Firefox 7.0.1 2Mbps line ADS disabled/enabled forum page cached/non-cached antivirus' sites control enabled/disabled DNS my ISP/google/openDNS ping result is just 100ms Also tried to disable CSS, Javascripts, images etc... maybe a problem with ISP filtering? But it can be a problem from your side, since I also tried a feature from a site which measure the loading time for specific domains and forum.bsplayer.com (the .org site takes the same time, and it's the same IP) loads in just 1.5 seconds..
