subtitles are cut off left and right (cropped subtitles)

Hello,
Sometimes not always the subtitles are cut in the left and in the right. They are played fine with videolan client.
Any suggestions how to fix this annoying problem?
The option to make subtitles on more lines is selected. I switch to the option to auto resize them if they not fit to see if this will help.
BSP is cutting somewhat the half of the first letter and the half of the last letter.
You can see in the fullscreen mode the first letter should be "K" and the last should be "u".
I've just found that in the windowed mode the first letter "K" is shown how it should be but the last letter "u" is again cut.
